One property, paid once — not a subscription. The Listing Pack loads your Listing Pass with 30 render credits. Each successful new arrangement of a room uses one credit; staging a 25-photo listing leaves 5 for redos. Every render is staged in the furniture style you pick, with the same look locked across every room, with no promotional watermark on the finals, plus the MLS disclosure kit (optional "Virtually Staged" label, copy-paste disclosure text, and an original + staged photo pair with every render). Credits are active the moment checkout completes.

A render that fails our automatic quality check after retries is never handed to you and gives its credit straight back — you'll see a quality-flag notice with a free retry instead of a broken image. Re-staging a photo you already received (a different arrangement of the same room) is a new render and uses one credit, so plan a couple of credits for redos. Refunds for unused credits follow our refund policy.

JPEG, PNG or WebP photos of any size — your phone's own camera format is fine when it exports as JPEG. Photos are resized in your browser to 1,600 pixels on the long edge before upload, and finals come back as JPEG at roughly 1,200–1,300 pixels on the long edge — sized for MLS and web listing photos, not print. The workspace export pairs each staged photo with your original for disclosure; a one-off download elsewhere is the staged image alone.

Every render is compared against your original before you see it: architecture, windows and flooring must match the source, and a drifting render is regenerated rather than delivered. Disclosing virtual staging is on you, not StageMLS — rules are set by your MLS and state. Most boards need at least a text-field disclosure, some (like ARMLS) require a disclosure applied inside their own system, and California's AB 723 requires a written disclosure plus a public link to the unstaged original. The free tier (6 renders/day, watermarked previews) is fully usable today with no waitlist and no signup.

Your Listing Pass is a link, not an account: credits are active as soon as checkout completes and tied to a link stored in your browser, with no password. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, open the "save your Listing Pass link" from your confirmation page, or use the recovery page with the email you paid with — see /recover. Listing Pack credits don't expire on a calendar; they stay until used. Pro credits reset each billing period and don't carry over. Renders run while your workspace tab is open; if the connection drops mid-render, retrying continues the same attempt, so you're never charged twice for it.

Your photo is resized in your browser, then sent through our AI rendering pipeline solely to generate the staged image and run the automatic quality check. We don't store your original photos on our servers. In batch and listing mode, every staged render that passes the quality check is briefly cached as a reference — deleted within 24 hours — so furniture stays consistent across your listing; no other copy of your photos is kept on our servers (we do keep technical render records that contain no images), and we never sell your photos or renders or use them for advertising — see our privacy policy for the full detail.
